- Our Principal, Glenn Smith, has been a qualified specialist property Lawyer for over 35 years and Glenn Smith & Co itself has been in existence for upwards of 15 years. Mr Smith became a Licensed Conveyancer upon the issue of the first licences granted in 1987.
